THE INFORMATION IS IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH

PROCEDURE TO HAVE A GERMAN EXPERT IN YOUR ORGANISATION FOR CAPACITY BUILDING OR REINFORCEMENT (ENGLISH)

If you want to have a German Expert in your organization for a period of 4 weeks for the first mission and up to 6 months for follow-up missions, please follow these steps:

IN CAMEROON

  1. Ask for the application form from us through our e-mail e.negou@rep.ses-bonn.de or info@acedeh.net or click on the following link https://acedeh.net/problem-solving-skills/ (You will find forms for organisations with less than 2 years and for organisations with more than 2 years. It is advisable to send the application at least three months before the beginning of the mission).
  2. Fill the application form properly (We are always available to assist you).
  3. Sign, stamp, scan and send the application to us through the above e-mails.
  4. After cross-checking, if everything is properly filled, we will send the application to the main office in Bonn, Germany.

IN GERMANY

  • If the head office needs more clarifications, it will contact you directly, putting us in copy, if not, it will acknowledge the reception of your application, then start the search for the appropriate expert.
  • When the suitable Expert is found, his/her CV will be sent to you for appreciation (You have the right to accept or to reject it).
  • When you validate the CV, the head office will now start the preparation of the mission by:
    • You’ll need to sign an agreement with SES, acknowledging:
      • the payment of 150 Euros contribution to the mission (Paid directly to SES Bonn),
      • that you’ll pick the expert from the airport,
      • that the accommodation is appropriate and up-to standard,
      • that you’ll provide three meals a day to the Expert,
      • That you’ll take care of the laundering service.
    • You’ll need to send an invitation letter to the Expert through us.
  • The head office in Bonn will now:
    • Apply and cover the visa fees for the Expert.
    • Book and pay for the flight ticket for the Expert.
    • Incur all other costs in Germany.

THE MISSION IN CAMEROON

  • You or your driver will pick the Expert from the Airport (Most planes land in our airport from 5PM).
  • If the mission is out of Douala and Yaounde where the two major airports are found, book for a hotel where the expert can spend the night.
  • The next day, you or your driver will pick the expert from the hotel to the city where the mission will take place.
  • You will make a plan of work with the Expert.
  • The plan will be followed.
  • If you are not happy, or the Expert is not feeling comfortable, get to us. If no agreement can’t be reached, an end can be put at any moment to the mission.
  • At the end of the mission, you or your driver will take the experts to the airport.
  • To close the mission, you have to submit a report 2 days after the end of the mission.

PROCÉDURE À SUIVRE POUR ACCUEILLIR UN EXPERT ALLEMAND DANS VOTRE ORGANISATION POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT ET/OU LE RENFORCEMENT DES CAPACITÉS (FRANCAIS)

Si vous souhaitez accueillir un expert allemand dans votre organisation pour une période de 4 semaines pour la première mission et jusqu’à 6 mois pour les missions de suivi, veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes:

AU CAMEROUN

1.   Obtenez le formulaire de candidature en faisant la demande par e-mail à l’adresse e.negou@rep.ses-bonn.de ou info@acedeh.net ou cliquez sur le lien suivant https://acedeh.net/problem-solving-skills/ (vous trouverez des formulaires pour les organisations de moins de 2 ans et pour les organisations de plus de 2 ans. Il est conseillé d’envoyer la candidature au moins trois mois avant le début de la mission).

2.    Remplissez correctement le formulaire de candidature (nous sommes toujours disponibles pour vous assister).

3.    Signez, cachetez, scannez et envoyez-nous le formulaire via les adresses e-mail ci-dessus.

4.    Après vérification, si tout est correctement rempli, nous enverrons le formulaire au siège social à Bonn, en Allemagne.

EN ALLEMAGNE

5.    Si le siège social a besoin de plus amples informations, il vous contactera directement, en nous mettant en copie. Sinon, il accusera réception de votre demande, puis commencera la recherche de l’expert approprié.

6.    Lorsque l’expert approprié est trouvé, son CV vous est envoyé pour appréciation (vous avez le droit de l’accepter ou de le refuser).

7.    Une fois votre CV validé, le siège social commence à préparer la mission:

a.      Vous allez signer un accord avec SES, dans lequel vous acceptez:

i.    le paiement de 150 euros comme soutien à la mission,

ii.    que vous ou votre chauffeur irez chercher l’expert à l’aéroport,

iii.    que l’hébergement est approprié et conforme aux normes,

iv.    que vous fournirez trois repas par jour à l’expert,

v.    que vous vous chargerez du service de blanchisserie.

b.    Vous devrez envoyer une lettre d’invitation à l’expert par notre intermédiaire.

8.    Le siège social à Bonn va maintenant:

a.    Demander et prendre en charge les frais de visa pour l’expert.

b.    Réserver et payer le billet d’avion pour l’expert.

c.    Prendre en charge tous les autres frais en Allemagne.

LA MISSION AU CAMEROUN

9.    Vous ou votre chauffeur irez chercher l’expert à l’aéroport (la plupart des avions atterrissent à notre aéroport à partir de 17 h).

10.    Si la mission se déroule hors de Douala ou Yaoundé, où se trouvent les deux principaux aéroports, réservez une chambre d’hôtel où l’expert pourra passer la nuit.

11.    Le lendemain, vous ou votre chauffeur irez chercher l’expert à l’hôtel pour l’emmener dans la ville où se déroulera la mission.

12.    Vous établirez un plan de travail avec l’expert.

13.    Ce plan sera suivi.

14.    Si vous n’êtes pas satisfait ou si l’expert ne se sent pas à l’aise, contactez-nous. Si aucun accord ne peut être trouvé, la mission peut être interrompue à tout moment.

15.    À la fin de la mission, vous ou votre chauffeur conduirez l’expert à l’aéroport.

16.    Pour clôturer la mission, vous devez soumettre un rapport deux jours après la fin de la mission.
